Hot dip galvanizing
Flux blends and cold galvanizing primers for structural steel, sherardizing and pre treatment lines. Standard grade most commonly specified.
Spherical metallic zinc powder produced under ASTM D520 and ISO 3549 grade boundaries. Standard, High Purity and Ultra Fine grades shipped from Istanbul to galvanizers, paint formulators and Merrill Crowe gold circuits worldwide.

Our zinc dust is atomised metallic zinc with tightly controlled particle distribution and minimal impurity load. Each lot is sized to a defined D10 / D50 / D90, characterised for zinc oxide content, and shipped against a written Certificate of Analysis. That is the difference between a paint that protects for fifteen years and one that fails inspection in the second.
We don't push a single specification on every customer. We supply three distinct grades and help you select the one that fits your formulation, your QC standard, and your unit economics.
Balanced particle distribution for general purpose anti corrosion paints, hot dip galvanizing flux and basic chemical reactions. The workhorse grade for structural steel primers and metal protection at scale.
Minimal lead, cadmium, iron and copper impurities with consistent particle sizing. Specified by marine coating houses, automotive primer plants and pharmaceutical intermediate producers where impurity tolerance is tight.
Submicron particle size with custom specification for advanced batteries, conductive coatings and nanomaterial R&D. Pilot batches available for formulation development before scaling to commercial tonnage.
Every parameter below is enforced per shipment and reported on the Certificate of Analysis. Need a tighter window? Make to order is available.
| Parameter | Standard | High Purity | Ultra Fine | Unit |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Zinc content (Zn) | 98.5 to 99% | 99.5 to 99.8% | Custom | % by mass |
| Zinc oxide (ZnO) | ≤ 1.5% | ≤ 0.8% | Per spec | % by mass |
| Particle size (D50) | 6 to 9 µm | 3 to 6 µm | ≤ 1 µm | µm |
| Specific surface area | 0.4 to 0.6 | 0.6 to 0.9 | ≥ 1.5 | m² / g |
| Apparent density | 2.8 to 3.2 | 2.6 to 3.0 | Per spec | g / cm³ |
| Lead (Pb) | ≤ 50 | ≤ 10 | ≤ 5 | ppm |
| Cadmium (Cd) | ≤ 30 | ≤ 5 | ≤ 2 | ppm |
| Iron (Fe) | ≤ 100 | ≤ 30 | ≤ 10 | ppm |
Note: Indicative ranges. Tightened windows available on request, locked into the contract before pilot ship.
From galvanizing lines to gold leach circuits, the same lot of zinc dust has to behave differently in every customer's process. We help you choose the grade that performs.

Flux blends and cold galvanizing primers for structural steel, sherardizing and pre treatment lines. Standard grade most commonly specified.

Zinc rich primers (ZRP) for marine, oil and gas, infrastructure and bridge protection. High Purity grade for ISO 12944 systems and marine specs.

Merrill Crowe zinc precipitation in cyanide leach circuits. Particle size and purity directly drive gold cementation efficiency and tailings loss.

Pharmaceutical intermediates, conductive coatings, advanced batteries and laboratory grade zinc reductions. Ultra Fine grade engineered to spec.
Every shipment ships with the paperwork you need to clear customs and pass incoming inspection. Nothing missing, nothing back filled.

Standard grade (98.5 to 99% Zn) is usually the right fit for galvanizing flux, both economically and technically. We can match a specific D50 window if your line has a tight residue spec.
Send your grade, monthly volume and destination port. You'll get a written quote with FOB, CIF, CFR or DAP pricing, lead time and packaging within one business day.
